2. Providing this website
Loading a website involves processing technical connection data, such as an IP address and details of the requested page. The specific processing depends on the hosting and security infrastructure used.
[Before public release: confirm the hosting contracting entity, data processed, purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods, and any international transfers and safeguards. This private preview uses ChatGPT Sites; its access management must be assessed separately.]
3. Website features
The page content created for FleetNow includes no contact form, analytics or advertising trackers, or embedded social media content. Images and stylesheets are served with the website. Language selection uses separate pages and does not require cookies or local storage in the page code.
These statements describe the page code. [Check and document the hosting platform’s cookies, logging and access controls before release.]
4. Contact by email
If you contact info@fleetnow-service.de, we use your email address, message and any information you voluntarily provide to handle your enquiry. Contract-related enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries under Article 6(1)(f), based on our interest in responding.

Applications by email
When you apply by email, we process your contact details, preferred location, availability and any application documents you voluntarily provide to assess your application and communicate with you during recruitment. The legal basis is section 26(1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act, insofar as processing is necessary to decide whether to establish an employment relationship.

[Before processing applications: confirm and add the responsible recipients, any service providers involved, and the specific retention and deletion policy for application documents.]
